1. Products and information

We describe our products, dimensions, and fitment ranges as accurately as we can. Photos, renderings, and drawings are illustrative; small variations in finish, hardware, and tolerances are normal. Specifications may change as we improve the product. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product fits your machine, including window thickness and interior clearance, before ordering. Third-party product names used for comparison belong to their owners and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or ship the goods. We may decline or cancel an order - and will refund you in full - if the item is unavailable, if pricing or description was clearly in error, if we cannot verify your address or payment, or if we suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and tax unless stated otherwise. A flat 7.5% sales tax is added to merchandise payments, excluding shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe; we accept the cards and wallets Stripe presents to you. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. If a payment is reversed or a chargeback is filed after shipment, you remain liable for the goods and any recovery costs.

MagSpin pre-order conditions

• The full product price is $350 per unit. Reserve 1-5 units with a $100 deposit per unit. Contact us for bulk quantities.
• A 7.5% tax applies to the deposit: one unit requires $107.50 today. The remaining $250 product balance plus $18.75 remaining merchandise tax and shipping is due before shipment.
• We will contact you with a separate payment link before shipment. You select and pay current shipping rates with the balance. We do not automatically charge a saved card.
• Your deposit is refundable before shipment. If you have also paid the balance, all payments are refundable before shipment. Email sales@globegrip.com with your order number to cancel.
• Expected shipping is December 25, 2026, an estimate only. If we cannot meet the estimate, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and give you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will not retain payment for a delay without your consent where required by law.
• We do not ship until the deposit, remaining product balance, merchandise tax and shipping are paid. Failure to pay a requested balance does not make the deposit non-refundable.
• Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights continue to apply.

4. Lead time and shipping

• MagSpin pre-orders are expected to ship December 25, 2026. This is an estimated shipping date, not a guaranteed delivery date.
• For pre-orders, shipping is selected and paid with the final balance before shipment, using current rates based on your address and package dimensions.
• We ship from Mountain View, California, USA. Our business address is 690 LongBridge St, San Francisco, California, USA. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and exclude weekends, holidays, and carrier delays.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We will help you file a carrier claim for loss or damage in transit if you report it promptly.
• You must inspect the shipment on arrival and report visible damage or a shortage within 5 business days.

For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all duties, import taxes, customs fees, and compliance with your local laws. Refused shipments are refunded less shipping and any carrier charges we incur.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund by emailing sales@globegrip.com with your order number. Pre-order deposits remain refundable until shipment; an unused label does not remove your cancellation right. After shipment, section 6 applies.

6. Returns and refunds

• Request a return within 30 days of delivery by email; we will issue a return authorization and instructions.
• Items must be complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition with original packaging and hardware.
• Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error - in those cases we cover it.
• We do not charge a restocking fee for a product returned in resalable condition. Items returned incomplete, modified, or with damage beyond normal inspection may receive a reduced refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping is refunded only if the return is our fault.
• Custom, modified, and clearance items are not returnable unless defective.

Consumers in jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights - including the EU and UK 14 day cooling-off period - keep those rights in full; nothing here limits them.

7. Limited warranty

We warrant that our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery, when installed and used as instructed. If a covered defect appears, email us with your order number, a description, and photos. Our sole obligation, at our option, is to repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price.

The warranty does not cover normal wear of contact and wiper surfaces, damage from crashes, tool or fixture collisions, abrasive chips, incorrect installation, use outside the stated fitment or environmental range, disassembly or modification, aggressive cleaners or solvents, or shipping damage reported after 5 business days. Consumable and wear parts are excluded. Statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law apply in addition to this warranty.

8. Accounts and reviews

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. You may check out as a guest instead of creating an account. If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length, and display it. We may decline or remove content that is false, abusive, unlawful, promotional, or infringing.

9. Safe use - important

Our products are industrial accessories intended for use by trained personnel on CNC machinery. You must read the supplied instructions before installation and follow your machine builder's safety guidance, your employer's procedures, and all applicable regulations.

• Never install, adjust, service, or remove a product while the spindle is running or the machine can move.
• Verify clearance between the product and every moving component, tool, fixture, and enclosure surface before running a program.
• Do not defeat, bypass, or modify any machine guard, interlock, or door safety device.
• Do not exceed stated load, speed, thickness, temperature, or coolant compatibility limits.
• Products contain strong magnets. Keep them away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices, magnetic media, precision measuring instruments, and electronics; magnets can pinch fingers and shatter if allowed to snap together.
• Keep products out of reach of children.

You are solely responsible for determining suitability for your machine and application, and for supervising installation and use.

10. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All site content, product designs, drawings, datasheets, photography, video, and trademarks are owned by Globegrip or its licensors. You may download datasheets and drawings for your internal evaluation and use. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer for replication, or use our content to train commercial models, or use our marks without written permission. You agree not to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it unlawfully.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for the limited warranty in section 7 and any rights that cannot be excluded by law, products and the site are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globegrip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost production, machine downtime, scrapped parts, or damage to tools, workpieces, or machinery. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Globegrip against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unsafe or non-conforming use of a product, or your failure to follow supplied instructions.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier disruption, labour action, natural events, and government measures.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where local law grants that right. Please email us first - most issues are resolved in one message.

15. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the order confirmation, are the entire agreement between us. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
